Partnering in Acts of Love

"For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." — Luke 12:34
Seek and Save believes that loving our neighbors as ourselves means loving our neighbors’ children as our own. So contributions are primarily invested in the young living in lower-income urban communities. We prevent instances of Christmas without a gift, birthday without a cake, or summer without swimming. We want to step in before children end up in the dark without utilities, evicted from due to lack of rent, or hungry because meals are stretched too far.
For Christians, the Bible challenges us: “If one of you says to them, ‘Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,’ but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead” (James 2:16-17).
We wish that no kid would go without a Bible, a bike, or school supplies. We are disturbed by holes in children’s shoes and the thinness of their sweatshirt “winter coats.” We grieve when they avoid “movie and PJ’s” night at church because they don’t have pajamas. When they need funds for counseling to recover from traumatic childhood abuse, a course to qualify for higher education or a job, or the fee to be included in a church retreat or mission trip—Seek & Save wants to help.
Please partner with us in doing so.
